Paapri Cloud Technologies Announces Strategic Expansion and Hiring Initiative for Manufacturing ERP Sales Team
South Bend, IN — November 1, 2025 — Paapri Cloud Technologies, a long-standing Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner and leader in manufacturing technology solutions, announced today a major strategic expansion of its NetSuite Business Unit, including the recruitment of Manufacturing ERP Account Executives to strengthen its direct go-to-market capabilities.
For over a decade, Paapri has partnered closely with Oracle NetSuite to deliver end-to-end ERP implementations, consulting, and custom solutioning to small and midsized manufacturers around the world. Traditionally, Paapri’s growth in this space has been driven by opportunities brought through the NetSuite ecosystem, where the two companies co-sold and collaborated to deliver value to shared customers.
However, according to Piyas Bandyopadhyay, Group CEO of Paapri Companies, the time has come to “balance the trade” — to not only depend on NetSuite-generated opportunities, but to also bring NetSuite opportunities through Paapri’s own manufacturing network and outreach.

As part of this transformation, Paapri is hiring Manufacturing ERP Account Executives based in South Bend, IN. These will be in-office positions requiring up to 50% travel. The new hires will focus on engaging manufacturing companies, understanding their business requirements, and introducing them to Paapri’s suite of offerings — including Oracle NetSuite, Paapri’s solution accelerators, and the PCT Flex Platform, an innovative cloud manufacturing platform built to connect ERP systems with real shop-floor operations.
