Paapri’s Customer Experience Management (CEM) Team is a pillar to our growth and success. CEMs work hand-in-hand with our Delivery Team to ensure that clients are happy along their ERP journey. They truly are an integral part of Team Paapri. For this reason, this employee spotlight is dedicated to the newest addition of the CEM Team: Stephani Rodriguez. A quick learner, Stephani is already starting to manage several projects. On top of that, she impressed us all with her fantastic cooking at Paapri’s First Annual Olympics, is an overall joy to be around, and is such an asset to our team.

1. How long have you been with Paapri and what is your job title?
I have been with Paapri for 3 months as of today [5/25]. My current title is Customer Experience Manager (CEM). I am very happy about accepting the position with this company. My training has been exceptional and my team is supportive and knowledgeable. I feel excited coming to work each day!
2. What’s your favorite part about working here?
I enjoy the team that I work with, they are all quite different personality-wise, yet they don’t step on each other or belittle one other. They respect each person for who they are as individuals, which is amazing that people genuinely respect one another for who they are and aspire to be.
3. If you could describe Paapri in one word, what would it be?
Exceptional
4. What do you do in your free time?
I enjoy cooking and people enjoying my food. I love to paint, (acrylic is my favorite paint medium to work with. And I love to travel (I am a beach bunny, I love the ocean, the sound of the waves, and the sun)!
5. Who’s your role model? Why?
My role models are my parents. The values that my parents instilled in me made me grow to love the person that I have grown to be. I am blessed that God chose me to be their seed. Now I can flourish and provide those same values to my son and grandchildren.
