What did you do prior to Paapri?
Before joining Paapri, I was an engineering undergraduate at Jadavpur University studying Production Engineering. I joined Paapri as a fresher out of college
Why did you join Paapri?
I decided to join Paapri because of its reputation for innovation and excellence in cloud-based ERP solutions. I was particularly impressed by the company’s commitment to helping small to mid-sized businesses streamline their operations and achieve greater efficiency through cutting-edge technology. I wanted to be part of a team that is dedicated to providing top-notch consulting services and delivering impactful solutions. I saw a great opportunity to grow and contribute here, especially in an environment where I can make a significant impact.
What is your position on the team and how long have you been here?
I have joined Paapri as a part of the Rotational Manufacturing Consultant Development Program (RMCDP) and am working with the TCOE and MCOE teams. In this role, I hope to learn a lot about technology and business processes that will help me become a great consultant! It has been 3 weeks since I joined Paapri, and I am excited about the journey ahead.
What aspects of your future at Paapri are you most excited about?
I’m excited for my future at Paapri because it offers opportunities to work with manufacturing companies, understand real-life case scenarios, and interact with diverse people and cultures. The chance to learn and grow in a forward-thinking, innovative environment makes my journey here both professionally and personally fulfilling.
Describe Paapri in one word.
If I could describe Paapri in one word, I would choose “dynamic.”
What is something surprising about you?
Something surprising that not many people know about me is that I’m an enthusiastic guitar player and a dedicated swimmer. Playing the guitar allows me to unwind and express myself creatively, while swimming helps me stay active and focused.
Who is your biggest role model and why?
Tim Cook’s background as an industrial engineer has been a significant source of inspiration for me. His journey and accomplishments at Apple, leveraging his engineering expertise to lead one of the world’s most influential companies, motivated me to pursue a career in industrial engineering. I’m drawn to the field’s potential to innovate and optimize processes, much like how Cook has applied these principles to revolutionize technology and business practices. His example reinforces my passion for leveraging industrial engineering to drive meaningful change and innovation in the industry.
