Welcome back! Or if you’re new, meet Team Paapri with these Employee Spotlights.
Our last employee spotlight was on Ty Polsgrove, who recently joined as a Solutions Consultant. Today, we will be showcasing a key member of our team: David Yankosky III.
Starting as a Social Media/Marketing Intern, David, with his hard work and dedication to the flower, is now one of our best Account Executives. With his drive and leadership skills, he not only gets things done but is also crucial to the development of our Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Under the supervision of David, Austin Faulkner and Brenden Cotter continue to do fantastic work.
Let’s learn about David’s journey with Team Paapri.

How long have you been with Paapri and what is your job title?
I’ve been with Paapri for just under 4 years, with the majority of that time up to the present as an Account Executive. My journey here started as a Junior in college, and I’ve been along for the ride ever since.
What’s one of your favorite memories with the team?
Overcoming sheer lack of hand-eye coordination to dethrone the long-time cornhole champions alongside Patrick Thornton, who may have carried the team.
Describe a specific project that you particularly enjoyed.
I can’t say that there’s necessarily a project I’ve most enjoyed, as it seems like each project is just as interesting as the last. From seeing the production side of large industrial shelving units, to dog food, to aerospace parts, my day to day reminds me of an episode of “How It’s Made.”
What’s something you can’t stand?
I’m just saying what everyone is thinking – margaritas aren’t very good.
What’s your favorite dish?
You absolutely cannot beat a medium-rare steak, any type of potatoes on the side, and a combination of some veggies.
Regardless of whether you agree with David’s opinions on margaritas or his go-to meal, I hope you enjoyed learning more about the people that make us who we are.
