Team Paapri would like to welcome our newest Business Development Rep, Brenden Cotter!
After his first week in the office, Brenden put together an amazing presentation about himself, what he’s learned about Paapri, and his hopes for the future. His responses will be featured in this employee spotlight!

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Novi, Michigan, which is about 25 minutes outside of Detroit.
What are your interests?
I am, fortunately, a long-suffering Detroit sports fan. I love the outdoors. I’m a huge skier. I grew up skiing—we have family in Colorado. Skiing out there is phenomenal. Up north, in Michigan, there’s some good skiing as well as hiking. We have all the lakes, all the trails. So, I love being outside.
What’s your opinion on trying new foods?
I love food. I’ll try anything once. If I don’t like it, I don’t try it again. But, I’m pretty adventurous with it.
Are you a dog person or a cat person?
Dogs are much better than cats. That’s Luna, our family dog. Luna is three years old. She’s a Kentucky Treeing Cur. She was rescued from a barn, where she would’ve lived and been a hunting dog. Now, instead of sleeping in a kennel inside a barn, she sleeps in my parents’ King-sized bed.

What did you do prior to working at Paapri?
I graduated from Grand Valley State University this past April, with a Communications degree with a focus on Advertising. Then, during my internship, I interned at a general business firm for about nine months. It was where I did a lot of cold-calling—kind of a step-down from what I will be doing here. I got interested in sales and found out I was surprisingly good at it. I didn’t really anticipate that.
So far, what have you learned about Paapri?
From what I’ve gained this past week, we focus on ERP implementation and consulting and are able to provide personalized support and solutions for customers. Because we have so much experience in the manufacturing industry, we are able to easily address and pinpoint any issues that may arise. We are founded on three values: Awesomeness, Team Paapri, and No BS.
