The Intern (Me)
Today marks the beginning of my third week here at Paapri Cloud Technologies as a Social Media/Marketing Intern. I like to think of myself as an impartial judge, so these are my true thoughts.
As an intern and new hire, I am doing everything I can to be efficient and high performing, however, it can be hard to stand out when everyone else is just as driven as you are (if not more so). That last bit is just a joke, but the standout employees here keep one another sharp, and I’m happy to be a part of it.

The Office
This is an office whose culture promotes great work ethic. It didn’t take me long to learn Paapri means business, as this is evident the moment you walk in the door. Aside from a great culture, the facility we are housed in is fantastic. I’m partial towards the fancy coffee machine downstairs, but Notre Dame’s Innovation Park provides many resources that give its residents a spark.

The Boss
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with Paapri Cloud Technologies CEO, Piyas Bandyopadhyay, or as he prefers to be called, “P”. I’ve had experiences working under strong leaders, as well as those who were more akin to Michael Scott of The Office (not the best). I’m glad I can say that this is a case of the former. He is a man who leads by example. I would hazard a guess that “P” is the source of this strong office work ethic.
Three Important Things I’ve Noticed
While trying to keep my head straight after a whirlwind of information swept through it, I’ve noticed some key points about our service, the people and the culture which I’ve seen first hand:
1. YOU are our priority. From late night calls, to receiving constructive feedback, Paapri doesn’t just want to transform your business, they want to be there every step of the way.
2. Growth is the key word. Whether it’s your business, our business, personal goals, or anything in between, when we work together we are an extension of your team, and we want growth.
3. Our services have a place in any type of business. With the option to run all key business and financial processes together in the cloud, why not jump at the chance? Efficiency is king in 2019. (I’ll go into this point in depth next week)
Going Forward
This is the first of what I plan to be a bi-weekly blog post on our website. These posts will cover a wide range of topics revolving around Paapri and the digital transformation industry. Individual spotlights, case studies, articles, or breakdowns can be expected in the coming months.
Next Times Topic: What is NetSuite? What is Digital Transformation? How does Paapri fit into it?
