Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science or mathematics or related fields is preferred
- 2-5 years of full cycle sales experience, including account development, New Logo and field sales experience
- Proven experience of selling enterprise software of SaaS solutions, ideally business applications gained within a major software vendor or system integrator (Salesforce Experience a plus)
- Successful history of net new business sales (direct), with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
- Demonstrable track record of sales overachievement.
- Credibility at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent documentation skills, experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- A track record of following through on commitments
Responsibilities:
- To hit/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise accounts.
- You will run the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.
- By driving detailed customer discovery and research, you will formalize a Go to Market strategy and create qualified target account lists.
- You will drive Pipeline development through a combination of customer engagements, marketing campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure overachievement.
- Engage with current and prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Business Development Representatives, Customer Experience Managers, and Consultants.
- Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to increase overall revenue generation.
- Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
A Typical Day in the Life:
- Proactively developing and leading sales opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, solutioning, and closing Salesforce CRM solutions in the emerging, midmarket, and corporate business industries
- Demonstrates effective understanding of target audience including industry knowledge and key business issues Paapri Cloud Technologies Salesforce CRM solutions can address, industry trends, and competition.
- Proactively interacts through face-to-face meetings as well as phone/email communications to key prospect up to and including C-level executives
- Builds product and consulting services knowledge of integrations and CRM solution offerings as well as continuously developing sales skills
- Displays effective research techniques to uncover valuable information about prospects that will have high impact on lead qualification
- Interacts by face-to-face, Zoom, phone, and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-level executives
- May plan, promote, participate in, and represent the Firm in events and community organizations where potential sales opportunities may be identified and developed.

Requirements:
- 2+ years working as a business consultant or technical liaison in an internal or external capacity
- 2+ years leading (or participating) in CRM system implementation efforts using an SDLC methodology (Direct Salesforce experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, and/or a related field
- Great customer-facing skills, professional presence, and entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong desire to drive customer success
- Self-motivated, self-directed, highly organized, strong attention to detail
- Analytical – be able to successfully manage technically and organizationally complex environments

Responsibilities and Day in the Life:
- Lead and participate in requirements gathering, design, solution architecture, configuration, and implementation efforts for client implementation projects on the Salesforce platform
- Can diagnose, resolve problems or unexpected results, perform scheduled activities, and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Develop guides for best practices, monitor adoption and manage training and support
- Work with Client stakeholders to create and manage complex process workflows, data validation and triggers
- Create Client deliverable documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related materials
- Proven success in developing, deploying and driving adoption of business processes on Salesforce platform
- Keen understanding of how Salesforce fits into the larger technology landscape
- Confident and highly communicative, with excellent business insight and a willingness to challenge others or propose changes
- Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices

What You’ll Do:

- Research prospective clients by staying on top of industry news and trends
- Leverage NetSuite CRM, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools to source new businesses and contacts

- Work with cross functional teams such as Marketing & Enablement on projects that drive lead generation

Qualifications:
- Able to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, and knowledge of Paapri and its partners’ products and services
- Goal-oriented individual with superior communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts
- Have a bachelor’s degree and have 2+ years of corporate work experience (If you don’t have the experience, no problem, we will train you), however software or manufacturing experience is not required
- Have a strong desire for a long-term career in sales

- Enjoy learning new things including technology and can translate that into value for prospects
- Proficient with web presentation tools
