Customer Experience Managers
Dedicated CEMs play an integral role in any ERP implementation in the manufacturing industry by providing:
- The ability to be a liaison between customer team members and Paapri team members, creating a cohesive team feel and good individual rapport
- Project management to ensure project timelines are met and risk and budget are continually considered
- Management of the ERP implementation services training process to ensure customer teams are informed and know what to expect

ERP Implementation Consultants
Comprised of Master Principals, Principals, Lead, Senior, Junior and Associate Consultants, a customer’s implementation team will have a Paapri consultant team (Pod) for a customized experience. Consultants play a critical role in the ERP implementation services by:
- Focusing on thoroughly learning about and understanding the customer’s business(es) prior to the beginning of ERP implementation
- Staying certified and current with the specific ERP systems being implemented to ensure they have the latest technical understandings to implement them
- Being diligent about vetting solutions to challenges prior to presenting them to customer teams
- Educating customers on the “why” behind the process and implementation phases of ERP

Established Methodology and Structure
Although every organization has its own set of needs, having the correct processes and structure in place is a common thread to a successful ERP implementation. In coordination with our individualized customer service, Paapri also follows the general processes by engaging in the following:
- Utilizing a hybrid model that ensures customers have access to 24/7 support via a Paapri ERP implementation consultant
- Using the ERP’s own implementation methodology, i.e. SuiteSuccess for NetSuite and Infor Deployment Method for Infor
- Avoiding scripting unless necessary, which allows the team to keep the ERP implementation streamlined as much as possible
- Applying Paapri leading practices, which have been developed by our Manufacturing Center of Excellence and Technology Center of Excellence teams throughout our many years of ERP implementation
- Leveraging technology and internal project management processes to deliver timely and accurate project-specific information to customers
- Providing a Lifetime Warranty for all Paapri work and implementation against bugs, errors and omissions caused by the Paapri team
